Just for one day, can you move at a slower pace, perhaps give yourself some time to sit in the sun?
Remember a time when it was easy to do this, and allow yourself to reclaim that time, now. Feel the warmth of the sun on your face and body.
Breathe, be aware of your body and how it responds to the energy of the sun. Imagine filling yourself up with the sun’s rays. Allow the healing energy from the sun to fill up your whole body.
Breathe and allow your body to relax, to let go. Notice if you feel calmer and happier as a result.
