Three more reasons to listen to your heart

Here’s a few more reasons why following your heart is an act of giving…

1. You can create the thing you came here to do, which nobody else can do except for you. Think of the people who inspired you that you are grateful for, those human beings who gave so much to you and the rest of humanity by following their hearts: authors, filmmakers, actors, musicians, teachers, peacemakers. Imagine the loss if Jane Austen, J.K. Rowling, or Bob Marley had all decided that it just wasn’t worth it to follow their hearts? How about if Ornette Coleman, Shakespeare, or Nelson Mandela were too invalidated and shy to bring their work to the light of day? You also have great gifts to bring.

2. If you are actively pursuing your truth, you will be less likely to create dramas around you so that you won’t have to deal with the pain of not following your heart. If you don’t believe me, take a look at the people you  know who do create dramas, and worse. *Hint: People who start wars with other people, torture them, and take away their civil rights, are not following their hearts.

3. Your energy vibration will become brighter, by virtue of you listening to yourself. You will vibrate at enthusiasm and validation, two very healing energies to be around. You will feel more alive. Everything can become more brilliant and beautiful, your senses will awaken. By contrast, if you do not listen to your heart, the reverse is also true. You may go to sleep, because you are bored. Everything will lose its brilliance and become dull. Which energy  would you rather be around?
